They currently work with 28 people in their 21,000 square foot facility. The main goal of the East Coast Defender team is to restore the heritage of these classic cars while upgrading and modernizing the performance elements.

The U.K.-based Arkonik has been restoring Land Rovers since 2006. The company is known for faithful reproductions using stock Land Rover engines, but they recently started to offer high-performance Chevrolet small-block V-8 engines in their restorations.
